In connection with our provision of the Services, ShopCtrl and its affiliates may engage third parties (each a “Subprocessor”) to process your Personal Data. In certain circumstances an affiliate of ShopCtrl may even be a Subprocessor. As a condition of permitting a Subprocessor to process your Personal Data, ShopCtrl (and its affiliates as applicable) will enter into a written agreement with each Subprocessor containing data protection obligations at least as protective as the technical and organizational measures ShopCtrl has put into place to protect your Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access. All terms capitalized above, but not defined have the meaning set forth in ShopCtrl’s User Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and/or your applicable customer agreement with ShopCtrl.

Updates

As ShopCtrl continues to grow, we may decide to work with new Subprocessors and will provide you with notice when that happens as required under your applicable agreement with ShopCtrl.
